Red Velvet Hot Cocoa with Cream Cheese Whipped Cream

• 4 cups whole milk
• 1 dash water
• 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. red food coloring
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 - 4 tbsn. whipped cream cheese, room temperature

• 20 drops stevia extract
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 cup heavy cream, chilled
• Whiskey, rum or brandy

Shortbread and Eggnog Pudding Trifles

• 2 - 5.3oz. boxes of Walker’s Shortbread Petticoat Tails
• 2 cups of commercially prepared eggnog
• Pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/2 cup milk -cold
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Grated fresh nutmeg for sprinkling

Topping:

• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp extra-fine sugar

Butterbeer

Beer:

• 6 12-ounce bottles cream soda
• 3 teaspoons butter extract

Foam: 

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 teaspoons butter extract
